This morning, Newfield held it’s own Best Breakfast in support of The Carers Trust - who are raising awareness and money for carers throughout the country. Pupils from the Rights Respecting School Award group served pastries, bacon rolls, cereal and fruit to parents and carers who came along to the event. We were joined by Colin Royle, from BwD Carers Service who was on hand to talk to people about what support the group can offer. Obviously all of our families are carers for our children, so it was lovely to be able to let them put their feet up and the children serve them for once.
