History Day

History Day

Today we all joined in with History Day, we looked at ‘Television Through the Decades’ to mark the 90th anniversary of the first working television set. We all had the opportunity to dress up as our favourite television characters and complete some activities in class. We made Blue Peter puppets and other hand-crafted objects, learnt action songs and much more. For the last couple of weeks each class has been studying a given decade and have made their very own television programs. We all gathered in the hall to watch the videos and look at all of the wonderful work that has been created - Darren was very proud of his Blue Peter ‘here’s one I made earlier’ alien ray-gun! Thank you to everyone - we all made a fantastic effort and History Day was a huge success!
