Prom 2016

Well what a fantastic evening we’ve had at our ‘Fire & Ice’ Prom. It was one of the truly great highlights of the Newfield calendar! The hall looked fantastic, transformed into a magical fire and ice kingdom and guests arrived via the red carpet in all their fine clothes - some in very fancy cars! Once again Helen’s Team had done an exceptional job with the catering and the themed food - the fire and ice themed desserts were very popular! There was a photo booth with lots of props where everyone had a great time taking funny portraits - thanks to bus driver Andy for bringing that along. After the meal, presentations took place - the hoodies look great - and then we watched the leavers’ video - and there were the usual laughs and tears along the way. Many thanks to all those who contributed to make the night once again a poignant ending to the students careers at Newfield - further evidence of just how outstanding the pupils and staff are and another great Newfield family event!
