More Takeovers

We’ve had a lot of Takeovers going on today - and here are two more! Sully requested to work on the car park for his takeover day. First thing this morning he braved the cold, put on his high-vis jacket and greeted everyone on the car park and helped escorts in with certain students; he also took the car seats into school.

Sully was very polite and very helpful to the staff and to the escorts.
Sharon says ‘It was a privilege to have him working on the car park with us.’

Later in the morning, Adam did his Takeover by taking on the role of Head teacher in the Senior Leadership Meeting! He steered them through he agenda, discussing a range of items including new office refurbishment, Christmas event planning and Safeguarding. Everyone thought Adam did a really good job, avoiding the usual arguments and keeping everyone focussed. Geoff, who is retiring next Summer, asked whether Adam would be considering applying for the role - so watch this space!
