The school pool is finally open!
Due to having to lockdown because of COVID and then restrictions around the ventilation and heating systems poolside, it has been 18 months since anyone has been able to use our pool.
Finally this week we have got everything in place to re-open hydro!
Our children really benefit from the warm water, specialist lighting and under water speakers to take part in physical exercise in an aquatic sensory environment.
It has been amazing being back in the pool after such a long time, seeing all the children smiling, splashing and relaxing.
Swimming teacher Nicola can’t wait until next week to see more of the children in the pool - so don’t forget to pack your swim things.
