Takeover Week 22 - part 3

Today Libah and Arsalaan took over Mathilde’s job as Family Wellbeing Coordinator. Libah set up an online meeting with Nick to discuss the annual review process more in depth, from a student’s perspective.

Nick was happy to answer lots of questions and jotted down useful suggestions. Libah also escorted visitors, ensuring they had signed in first, complying with the school’s policies and procedures. Libah answered the phone and politely asked office staff to send a message via Parentmail.

Arsalaan worked very hard with Mathilde, making phone calls, printing documents, liaising with office staff and so much more.

Arsalaan showed attention to detail in his approach to work and demonstrated that he can work really well and efficiently as part of a team.

Mathilde had to leave the office briefly and Arsalaan then supported Ann Marie, in ensuring some document contained the correct information.

Both Arsalaan and Libah did an amazing job and showed great potential in their approach to work.
