Nichola Gill-Smith, currently works as an advisory teacher for Blackburn with Darwen borough council.
She has worked in education since 2006 and has spent time working as an LA Early Years Advisory Teacher (Birth to 3 specialist SEND).

Nichola sits on the Education & Standards committee and has a designated responsibility for Quality of Education, Communication & Interaction and Leadership & Management.
